Wiw week 5. Tragedy avoided

Week 5

Starting weight: 278

Goal weight: 115

Last week's weight: 259.7

Today's weight: 258.2

Pounds lost: -1.5

Total pounds lost: 19.8

Thank goodness I pulled out a win for this week.  
This week I will eat 1200 calories most days and below 2000 once.  I will Zumba for an hour 4 times a week.  I will keep on keeping on :-)
